Linda Souve
Senior Partner (Now retired and has achieved Emeritus status)
Linda R. Souve is the Senior Partner at Souve, Pendracki, & Burks P.L.L.C. and has been practicing law in the Downriver community for nearly 30 years. Ms. Souve’s primary focus is family law in Wayne County. She represents both men and women with an unbiased approach.
Ms. Souve is also a family law mediator. In mediation, couples work to resolve their own settlements with Ms. Souve acting as a neutral facilitator. Many couples have had their disputes successfully resolved through mediation with Ms. Souve.
From Eastern Michigan University, Ms. Souve earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. She earned her law degree from Wayne State University. She is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, past president of the Downriver Bar Association, and member of the Board of Directors of the Family Mediation Council for the State of Michigan. Ms. Souve is licensed to practice before both the Michigan Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.
She has been a volunteer speaker for local church groups, high schools, and other community-based organizations.
Jeremy M. Burks
Partner
Jeremy M. Burks is a partner at Souve, Pendracki, & Burks, P.L.L.C. He practices primarily in the field of family law in Wayne, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties. Mr. Burks is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Downriver Bar Association. A lifetime Downriver resident, Mr. Burks is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Michigan and the State of Michigan.
Mr. Burks received his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in 1996 and his law degree from Wayne State University in 1999.
